These Terms of Sale (hereafter "the Terms") apply, without restriction, to all sales concluded by The Fold Co with any Customer (hereafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the site the-fold-co.myshopify.com (hereafter "the Site"). Placing any order on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site on the day of browsing, subject to available stock. Each product is presented with a description that is as accurate as possible; however, photographs have no contractual value.

The Fold Co guarantees the authenticity of all products sold on the Site, in accordance with the commitment described in its Return & Refund Policy.

Product prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges where applicable. The Fold Co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

The Customer selects the products of their choice, adds them to their cart, and then confirms their order after checking the details and total price. The order is only final once payment has been confirmed and the Customer has received a confirmation e-mail.

The Fold Co reserves the right to cancel any order presenting an abnormal character, in the event of a prior dispute with the Customer or suspected fraud.

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the Site. All transactions are encrypted and processed by certified payment providers; The Fold Co never has access to the Customer's full banking details at any time.

Delivery terms, timeframes, and charges are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Risk relating to the product transfers at the moment the parcel is handed to the Customer or to a third party designated by them.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty, except for products explicitly excluded (unsealed products, personalized items, gift cards). Personal data collected as part of the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact The Fold Co's customer service in the first instance in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer may make free use of a consumer mediator. The Fold Co reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The applicable Terms of Sale are those in effect on the date the Customer's order is placed.
