These Terms of Service (hereafter "the Terms") govern all sales of products offered by The Fold Co on its website, between The Fold Co and any person making a purchase (hereafter "the Customer").

Placing an order on the Site implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. They are accessible at all times on the Site and take precedence over any other document, unless a prior written exception has been expressly agreed.

Prices are shown in euros (€), all taxes included, excluding any delivery charges specified before the order is confirmed. The Fold Co reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering and is made using the secure payment methods offered on the Site. Banking data is processed exclusively by our certified payment providers and never passes through our servers.

Every order placed on the Site is followed by a confirmation e-mail summarizing the products ordered, the price, and the delivery terms. The Fold Co reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer, non-payment, or suspected fraud.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Stated delivery times are estimates; The Fold Co does everything possible to meet them but cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Risk transfers at the moment the parcel is handed to the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of their parcel upon receipt and to raise any objections with the carrier if necessary.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their reasons. Full terms and conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

The Fold Co cannot be held responsible for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortages at its suppliers, or total or partial disruption of the Site, in particular related to necessary or unplanned technical work.

The Fold Co's liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from misuse of products by the Customer, or use that does not comply with the manufacturer's instructions.

All elements of the Site (text, visuals, logo, brand identity, structure) are the exclusive property of The Fold Co or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or use, in whole or in part, without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

The trademarks, logos, and names of the houses referenced on the Site remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by the law of [country/jurisdiction to be specified]. In the event of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact our customer service in the first instance in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts, or submitted to a consumer mediator in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Fold Co reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in effect on the date the Customer places their order.
